Mississippi Baptists welcomed to celebrate 100 years of impact through the Cooperative Program

The Cooperative Program is Southern Baptists’ unified plan of giving, where cooperating churches contribute a portion of their undesignated receipts to support both their state conventions and the Southern Baptist Convention’s missions and ministries. Mississippi Baptists’ generous contributions empower ministries and mission efforts locally and abroad. This spirit of collaboration enables us to share the Gospel message, serve those in need, and grow as a unified body of Christ.

As we mark 100 years of the Cooperative Program’s impact, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Mississippi Baptist Churches for their unwavering support and faithful giving through the Cooperative Program. Thank you for your commitment and partnership in advancing God’s Kingdom — we couldn’t do it without you!

To celebrate this monumental milestone, Mississippi Baptists are invited to one of three locations across the state for CP 100 Celebration Dinners, where we will reflect on the past century and look forward to the future of ministry and missions. The dinner will feature keynote speaker, Dr. Jeff Iorg, President and CEO of the Southern Baptist Convention Executive Committee, along with other guest speakers who will share testimonies of how our collective efforts have made a difference.

The CP 100 Celebration Dinners are free to attend and will be held at the following locations:

  • March 20: First Baptist Church, Oxford
  • April 3: First Baptist Church, Biloxi
  • April 4: First Baptist Church, Madison
